What this publication is. The All-Source Legal-AI Intelligence Report (”the Publication”) is an independent intelligence publication operated by Bob Meyers (”the Publisher”). Issues are published on a deliberate cadence with verification work documented in each issue.
Subscriptions. Free subscriptions provide issue announcements and selected open material. Paid subscriptions provide every issue in full, including verification-status notes. Pricing and billing are managed through Substack and Stripe. Subscribers may cancel at any time through their Substack account settings.
Refunds. Subscription refunds are handled in accordance with Substack’s standard refund policy. Direct refund requests may be submitted by reply to any issue.
Content rights. All content published in the Publication is the copyright of Bob Meyers unless otherwise attributed. Subscribers may forward individual issues to colleagues for professional reference. Republication, syndication, or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
AI training opt-out. The Publisher has opted this Publication out of third-party AI training where the platform supports opt-out. Use of the Publication’s content to train AI models without permission is not authorized.
Verification methodology. The Publication applies documented verification methodology to all factual claims. Where verification cannot be completed, the relevant claim is held until it can be, or marked as open. The Publication does not knowingly publish unverified material as verified.
Corrections. Tips, corrections, and verification challenges are welcomed and will be acknowledged in subsequent issues where substantiated.
