You agree to the privacy policy below, and the Privacy Policy for Substack, the technology provider.
The All-Source Legal-AI Intelligence Report (”the Publication”) respects subscriber privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices subscribers have.
What is collected. When you subscribe, Substack collects your email address. If you become a paid subscriber, Stripe processes your payment information. Substack also collects standard analytics data including open rates, click-through rates, and device information. The Publisher (Bob Meyers) has access to subscriber email addresses and aggregate analytics through the Substack platform.
How information is used. Subscriber email addresses are used solely to deliver issues of the Publication and related subscription correspondence. Aggregate analytics inform editorial decisions about cadence and content. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not retained by the Publisher.
What is not done with information. Subscriber email addresses are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties. Subscriber lists are not used for marketing other products or services. The Publication does not run advertising and does not accept sponsored content.
Third-party services. The Publication is hosted on Substack, which has its own privacy policy governing the platform. Payments are processed through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy governing payment data. Subscribers are subject to those policies in addition to this one.
AI training. The Publisher has opted this Publication out of third-party AI training where the platform supports opt-out. Subscriber data is not used for AI training.
Subscriber rights. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through any issue or through their Substack account settings. Subscribers may request a copy of their data or request deletion by direct correspondence.
Cookies and tracking. The Publication uses standard Substack cookies for session management and analytics. The Publication does not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
